We are interested in people who have an aptitude for building relationships and have the ability to communicate in a variety of situations with neurodiverse people and those with learning disabilities. They should also have a genuine interest and passion for improving the lives of neurodiverse people and those with learning disabilities through innovative tech. Skills relating to supporting others are usually transferrable, and we welcome individuals from a range of backgrounds. For instance, skilled sector professionals in the neurodiversity and learning disabilities space, social care, employment specialists, special education sectors (SEND), autism sector, education sector, and more!
